The Council on Aging of Greater Nashville is proud to once again
honor older adults who have demonstrated a lifelong commitment
to improving the quality of life in their community. The
seventeenth annual Sage Awards™ Luncheon will be held at
noon on October 16th at the Millennium Maxwell
House Hotel.
The 2008 Sage Awards committee would like to offer you the
opportunity to nominate persons who truly represent older adults
(age 50 and up) who are “wise through reflection and
experience”. Traditionally, two honorees and a couple are
selected.
To be considered by the committee, nomination forms must be
completely filled out and returned to COA, 95 White Bridge Road,
Suite 114, Nashville, Tennessee 37204 - postmarked no later
than May 1, 2008. Nomination forms can be downloaded at

Sponsorships from individuals and corporations are
encouraged!!! For more information on the event itself, the
