Dear Friends:
This is to advise you that the Office of Real Property
Administration will be seeking two lease spaces in Rutherford
County.
This acquisition of leased spaces is the result of a request
from the Department of Safety DLI and THP. The specifics are as
follows:
Proposal Number: 0607908-SA75
Location:
Within the city limits of Murfreesboro, Tennessee
Amount:
No less than 4,400 and no more than 4,900 square feet of
contiguous net usable office and related space to be located on
one - level ground floor with ample free paved parking.
Term:
Five (5) Years or Ten (10) Years
Proposal Opening:
Proposals will be opened on October 31, 2007 at 2:00 PM, Central
Time
Owners and Agents:
Proposals received by Real Property Administration after the
proposal opening date and time will not be considered. If you
desire to submit a proposal for consideration, please contact
this office for specific proposal information by October 26,
2007. Representatives of Real Property Administration will
evaluate conforming proposals after the opening.
